We're looking for candidates to fill the following opening:

Senior Customer Service Representative

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Confer with customers by phone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with their needs
  • Thoroughly investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of customer orders, billing, and website functions in a professional and timely manner
  • Use professional and courteous communication skills to listen to customer requests in order to accurately define or determine their needs and provide them with the requisite response
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, as well as actions taken
  • Prepare jobs for production by including documents such as work orders, proofs, samples, quotes, emails from customers, vendor information, delivery ticket(s),and mock ups
  • Liaise with other customer services representatives to help resolve customers' service or billing complaints
  • Process payments received from customers
  • Complete contract forms and prepare change of address records
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any unforeseen adjustments
  • Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates to receive feedback
  • Enter information into the computer in order to keep track of jobs and assignments
  • Required Qualities:
    Must be respectful, energetic, trustworthy, detail-oriented and highly motivated!
    Must apply feedback to improve performance
  • Must be computer literate and comfortable working in a high-volume environment
    Must use time efficiently by setting goals and objectives
  • Must be highly comfortable consulting with clients and making recommendations for their projects as a print professional

The successful candidate will be trained and based in our Owings Mills Headquarters with the opportunity in Carroll County and Baltimore depending on personnel and organizational needs. We are looking for candidates available for 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
