Position Summary:

The Software Integration Manager is an experienced, hands on operations and IT professional. The Software Integration Manager will be responsible for the company's technology operations as it pertains to hardware and software installation and support, ensuring security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure, and proactively monitoring all company systems to upgrade and/or troubleshoot as necessary. The ideal candidate will be an integral asset to the management team in identifying organizational goals, strategies, practices, and user projects to best serve the users through the most efficient and practical software and programs available.


  • Install and configure software, hardware and networks
  • Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established company goals
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
  • Identify problematic areas, the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report strategic solutions to the executive leadership team
  • Partner with, provide direction to, and manage the company's outsourced IT vendor as it pertains to user management, data storage, help desk support, active directory management, etc.
  • Provide the expertise to assist in the integration of various software (i.e. creating feeds for various software titles to speak to each other)
  • Guide and direct other IT team members to ensure growth and alignment among the department
  • Build and maintain relationships with other IT related vendors and assist in creating cost-efficient contracts
  • Ensure that the IT department is responding to help desk tickets in a timely fashion, ensuring service requests are completed accurately from start to completion and that employees do not experience downtime
  • Management of the company phone system and camera system
  • Fully own database management and server administration
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the executive leadership team
  • Ensure cost effectiveness through purchasing efficient and practical equipment and software and report on expenditure
  • Conduct research and coordinate special IT projects
  • Lead and track the status of multiple projects within IT providing troubleshooting support to facilitate solutions to problems and ensure they are on track
  • Work with staff at all levels of the organization and in various departments to acquire and implement new technology as it relates to more efficient business practices
  • Monitors procurement actions of any needed hardware and/or contracts with outside vendors


  • Proven experience with software integration
  • A minimum of 7 10 years of project management
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
  • Must be proficient in Windows operating system
  • Experience with Avaya phone system preferred
  • Experience in Active Directory required
  • Crystal report writing experience preferred
  • SQL Programming experience required
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems and software implementation required
  • Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Management Reporting System experience preferred
  • Must possess a proactive and inquisitive nature
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills required
  • Must demonstrate the ability to elicit, analyze and consolidate information from various sources
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and planning
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
