The Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator is a front-line service member of the HR team. In this role, you will work directly with the Director of Human Resources and the Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist prospective and current employees navigate the organization by providing exceptional HR service. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into an HR Generalist role within 12-18 months.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Management of the organization's HRIS database and personnel records (Paycom experience is preferred)

- Management of the orientation and enrollment/termination process for employee benefits

- Support of the new hire orientation and onboarding process

- Support the Director of Human Resources as the first point of contact for routine employee inquiries

- Ownership of the timecard audit and approvals process

- Ownership of attendance and paid time off tracking

- Ownership of bi-weekly single state payroll data entry


This position requires full-time onsite availability Monday through Friday in Owings Mills, MD.
