Relationship Manager

Position Summary

While working as a Relationship Manager (Key Accounts), you will be tasked with fulfilling duties and performing tasks related to consulting with clients on their marketing needs, retaining customers and generally managing customer's accounts. The person in this position assists with serving as a liaison between the customer and Strategic Factory. This position is in office.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Must have experience in one of our verticals....printing, signage, promotions or apparel.
  • Consult with the company's key accounts on their marketing needs and budgets - serve as a trusted advisor in their evaluation and selection of various offerings including, but not limited to, printing, signage, promotions items, custom apparel, digital and traditional marketing services, creative services, direct mail campaigns, core demographics strategy and trade show and event preparation.
  • Monitoring emails from clients as well as internal employees and replying in a timely manner.
  • Entering RFQ's for product engineers to complete.
  • Reviewing, following up, and returning estimates using the company's ERP system on a daily basis.
  • Preparing and submitting estimates as needed, including determining pricing and production processes through the company's ERP system and negotiating terms with clients.
  • Maintaining responsibility for the quality and accuracy of client projects as they progress through the process, including making determinations for projects that must go on hold, be stopped in production or require adjustments.
  • Staying up to date on new tactics that can be used to communicate with clients.
  • Assisting clients in an effective and efficient manner when they come in the office, as well as meeting them offsite in their spaces and third party sites when needed.
  • Using the CRM module to enter client as well as tasks.
  • Developing a strong rapport with clients.
  • Answering phone calls from vendors, clients, and the internal team to answer any questions and assist them as needed.
  • Communicating with clients as well as other internal team members on a daily basis.
  • Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is desired but some prior experience or training in the business industry or a related field is necessary.
  • Solid understanding of computers, data entry, internet searches, the Microsoft Office suite and email applications.
  • Ability to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkers
