Position Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for growing revenue for the Marketing & Digital Services team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be tasked with using the Marketing & Digital Services sales process to identify prospective opportunities with both new or existing customers to sell Agency services. Additionally, using the sales process, this person will be responsible for generating proposals and closing deals to achieve set monthly KPI targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop weekly and monthly individual plans on how you will meet your sales objectives
  • Using established criteria, identify opportunities to sell marketing and digital services to prospects and clients
  • Organize in-person and virtual meetings with prospects and clients to recommend products and services in the agency vertical, geared toward customers' specific goals
  • Using the sales process, develop and execute agency sales strategies for specific products and services
  • Negotiate and close opportunities of various sizes and complexities
  • Prospect for new customers leveraging existing leads as well as building your own targeted lists
  • Sell to new customers using the sales process; exemplify and be able to convey Strategic Factory's value proposition and become a product expert in the Agency vertical
  • Work with counterparts on the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and deliver professionally written customer proposals
  • Develop impressive and accurate proposals that are individualized to each clients' goals
  • Maintain all customer records, communication, deals, and follow-up tasks in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Leverage the CRM (HubSpot) to manage your growing pipeline in an efficient and productive manner
  • Work in our MIS (EPMS) to record and communicate details associated with agency proposals
  • Work with other agency members to facilitate seamless transition to account management following the close of every deal
  • Communicate both externally and internally on a daily basis
  • Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in Business Development for Marketing Digital Services required
  • Self-starter, goal oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hub spot experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer service
