While working as an Account Executive within the Print and Direct Mail division, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding pre-determined revenue goals associated with print and direct mail projects. The primary duty will be to work on obtaining opportunities with new prospects and existing clients who may be active in other product verticals by providing excellent service and educating them about potential product and service solutions we offer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize the CRM to track client interactions and sales activities
  • Acquire new accounts through networking, referrals, marketing leads, etc.
  • Generate revenue of new accounts by gaining an understanding of each customer's needs and communicate the services and products our company offers
  • Pursue opportunities with existing clients who are inactive in the Print and Mail vertical
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
  • Work with the Project Management team to generate estimates for specific projects
  • Take samples from customers to aid in providing an accurate quote
  • Stay in touch with customers to ensure they are adequately serviced
  • Attending staff meetings, training programs, and performance evaluations as directed in order to develop sales and service skills
  • Provide excellent customer service that will ultimately lead to satisfaction of the customer and the closing of deals
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, estimating or customer service within the Printing industry is required
  • A clean driving record is required
  • Availability to be on-site full-time for training is required, with the opportunity to discuss hybrid arrangements following training
  • Experiencing using a CRM to manage activity is preferred
